In France the term ‘Creme’ denotes a liqueur of particularly thick consistency and full concentrated flavour.
Cassissee Cassis is delicious on its own poured over ice or mixed with wine or champagne to make the famous Kir or Kir Royale.
A dark red, moving into violet liqueur with a highly aromatic and fruity nose, intensely blackcurrant. It has a full concentrated flavour of blackcurrants, sweet with balanced sourness.
Available in 70cl at 16% ABV. 6 bottles per case.
