This perfect blend of rums rests for ten years in the Caribbean and are then shipped to the Williams & Humbert facilities in Jerez de la Frontera, the largest winery in Europe. There awaits at least another five years more of tranquillity, silence and the know-how gained from over a century of wine and Brandy-making tradition.

These rums will complete the final stages in the development of their unique, grandiose personality in American oak-wood casks which have previously contained an internationally renowned sherry with an age of over 20 years as certified by the Regulating Council Jerez-Xérès-Sherry: Don Guido. A Pedro Ximenez sherry which is extremely rich on the nose, with predominantly sweet notes of dried fruits such as raisins and figs accompanied by others of honey, caramelized fruit or cocoa beans. Velvety and viscous on the palate with a long, tasty finish
