SIERRA Antiguo Anejo
Made from 100% Blue Agave weber Sierra Antiguo Tequila is an anejo or aged Tequila. The process of maturing in oak casks for a minimum of 1 year has perfected the flavour of Sierra Antiguo Anejo. Rich and warm with coppery reflections, Sierra Antiguo has a characteristically full and aromatic yet at the same time, delicate flavour.
Sierra Antiguo Anejo is best served at room temperature, neat as one would drink a premium whiskey or cognac.
Warm and deep amber gold in appearance with coppery reflections.
Full and aromatic on the nose with an harmonious range of fruity, peppery agave, silky tannin and a little sweetness. An exceptionally delicate and mild flavour. Elegant on the palate, the spicy agave aromas give way to mild cognac style flavours and a warm finale on the finish.
